In an interview with Hrair Tamrazian for his weekly Sunday program on Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty’s (RFE/RL) Armenian Service, RSC Director Giragosian joined Armenian parliamentarian Tevan Poghosyan and the head of the Yerevan Press Club, Boris Navasardian to assess the recent U.S. presidential election and comment on recent developments in Armenian domestic politics.

In a joint RSC event with AEGEE-Yerevan, RSC Director Richard Giragosian gave a public presentation on the impact of the U.S. elections, with a lively discussion among participants.

On 11 November, the Regional Studies Center (RSC), an independent think tank in Armenia, held a Special Briefing assessing the implications for U.S. foreign policy from the newly elected Trump Administration.

In an interview with the Tert.am electronic news agency, RSC Senior Analyst David Shahnazaryan noted that the election of Donald Trump as U.S. president will not result in any direct or substantive changes in Armenian-U.S. relations.
